At Dimple Color, we want you to love your new look, so we offer a 30-day return policy for all unopened and original-condition color contact lenses. To ensure hygiene and safety, we can only accept items that remain in their factory-sealed blister packs.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your contact lens boxes are unopened, untampered with, and within 30 days of the delivery date.

• 2.
  Submit a Request

  Contact our beauty support team with your order number and photos of the sealed products to receive a Return Authorization.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and use the provided prepaid shipping label to send them back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the seals, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
